Hey fellow Solana enthusiasts, I'm reaching out for help on a weird issue I've been experiencing. I've noticed a pattern of duplicate transactions popping up on my account, with some transfers showing up as both successful and failed at the same time (even though I've only sent/received once). Has anyone else encountered this bizarre bug?

"Dude, I had this issue a few months back and it turned out to be a wallet sync issue. Try checking if your wallet's in sync with the blockchain and if that resolves the issue, make sure to check your swap fees as they can sometimes create these duplicate txs. Fingers crossed it's a simple fix!"
