"Been in this situation a few times before, and I gotta say, honesty is key. When I switched from Ethereum to Solana, I made it clear to my Ethereum homies that I was exploring other options, and we still chat and collab to this day. Don't be afraid to be upfront, it's better than ghosting or burning bridges"

"Been in this space long enough to see the 'great migrations' happen, and IMO the key is to stay tight-lipped about your intentions until you've made the switch. Don't want to burn any bridges, but also don't wanna be the one getting poached by the competition if you're still affiliated. What's everyone's take on this?"

From my experience, it's all about timing and being upfront with your current team about your intentions to leave. Keep your relationships intact and don't be too hasty to cut ties.
