Title: Solved: My MySQL Join Nightmare (Need Help with Crazy Query)

"Hey guys, just solved a major headache of mine with a MySQL query that was giving me grief for hours - I'm trying to join 3 tables with some seriously convoluted conditions. Anyone else out there have experience with these kinds of crazy joins? Thought I'd share my solution and see if you can spot anything I did wrong along the way..."

"Dude, I had a similar issue last year with a massive database. I'd suggest breaking down the query into smaller parts and testing it to see where the errors are coming from. Maybe we can troubleshoot with the OP and get to the bottom of it?"

Yooo, I'm glad you solved your query issue! I was following this thread and I'm curious, how did you manage to optimize that JOIN operation? Was it the indexing or the query itself that made the magic happen?

"Lol, glad you got it sorted OP! I'd never have been brave enough to use a self-join like that. Can you share the final query so we can all learn from it?"
