Yo fellow shutterbugs, got anyone switched to mirrorless or still rocking an SLR? I've been thinking of making the leap, but I'm not sure what's holding me back. Has anyone else made the switch and can share their thoughts on pros and cons?
"Hey fellow photographers, I just made the switch to mirrorless and it's been a game changer for me. The weight reduction and improved autofocus have been huge benefits, but I do miss the optical viewfinder every now and then."
"Yaaas, been a mirrorless fan for years now. The convenience and image quality make up for the initial investment, in my opinion. Anyone have experience with the new Sony Alpha lineup?"
"Loved making the switch to mirrorless myself, reduced the weight and bulk of my kit no end. One con I'd echo is the initial cost, can be a bit steep for some of the better models. But if you're serious about photography, the payoff is worth it."
