Hey guys, I wanted to start a thread discussing some of the recent staff token distribution announcements that have been making waves in the crypto space. It seems like some projects are throwing tokens at their team members left and right, which got me thinking - is this a sustainable model or a recipe for disaster? Has anyone else noticed some questionable distribution decisions lately?

Lmao this thread has been lit all day. Just looked at the OP's list and I'm seeing some wild giveaway amounts being handed out left and right. Is it just me or does this seem like a recipe for disaster?

"Yooo, just caught up on this thread and I gotta say, some of these allocations look hella suspicious. Like, how is it possible for a team of 10 devs to get 30% of the tokens when the entire community helped make this project happen? Something ain't adding up here."
