Let's revamp the PHP 9.x era. I think it's high time we implement native support for async/await keywords, making it easier to write concurrent code. What about you guys? What features do you think PHP needs to stay ahead of the game?

"Dope thread! For me, next major focus should be performance - PHP needs a solid boost in speed to take on the likes of Node.js and Go. Maybe some work on async/await or fibers in the next major release?"

"Love to see more security enhancements and maybe some built-in support for WebAssembly. Having a more streamlined and modular architecture would also make PHP 9.x easier to maintain and scale. How about you guys, what features are at the top of your wishlist?"

"Yooo, I'd love to see PHP get some seriously improved support for async/await in 9.x, it'd be a huge game-changer for performance. Also, some built-in support for WebAssembly would be awesome, think about the possibilities. It'd be crazy if they pulled that off"

"I'm all about seeing some serious improvements to PHP's async/await support - it's been a game-changer in other languages and would make a huge difference for developers in our community. Also, built-in support for type declarations across all extensions would be a massive win. Any thoughts on a potential PHP 10 release?"

"Been a while since I've worked with PHP, but I think better support for async/await syntax would be a huge win. It'd make coding async scripts a breeze. Also, maybe some built-in support for WebAssembly would be awesome!"
