Hey friends, just wanted to start a discussion about proxying for Web3 use cases. I've been experimenting with residential proxies to boost my Metamask speeds and avoid those pesky IP blocks, but I'm curious - are the benefits worth the costs? Anyone have some real-world experience using residential proxies, or know of any better alternatives?

"I've been using residential proxies for my web scraping project and I gotta say, it's been a game changer in terms of speed and avoiding IP blocks. The only downside is the cost, but for me, it's worth it since I'm scraping large amounts of data. Has anyone else tried them out for Web3 use cases?"

Just wanted to chime in on this topic - I've been using residential proxies for my DeFi trading bot and it's been a game-changer for avoiding rate limits. However, I can see how the cost and complexity might be a barrier for some people. Has anyone else had experience with proxy rotation services?

"just a heads up, residential proxies can get pretty pricey and may not be worth it for casual users... but for those in the web3 space, the benefits (e.g. better anti-DDoS protection, improved data scraping) can be game-changers."

"Lol, I've been using residential proxies for my web scraping projects and gotta say, the results are insane - way faster and more reliable than datacenter proxies. Only con I've seen so far is the higher cost, but if speed is key for you, it's def worth the extra buck"

"Y'all, residential proxies can definitely boost speed, but the cons seem to outweigh the pros for me. I've tried them for some DApp testing and while it was fast, the cost was way too steep. Has anyone else had success with 'em, or do I just stick with a good VPN?"

"I've been using residential proxies for some time now and I gotta say, the results are pretty sweet. My trading bot's performance on some of the Web3 exchanges has increased significantly, but I've also had some issues with IP blacklisting, so be careful with that. Anyone else having success with proxying for Web3 use cases?"
