"How to Set Up a Server for Noob-Friendly Deathrun Servers on Garry's Mod"

Hey guys, I'm new to setting up dedicated servers for Garry's Mod and I wanted to create a simple deathrun map for noobs. Does anyone know a step-by-step guide for setting up a GMod server from scratch, especially one that's easy to manage and configure? I've heard GMod is pretty user-friendly but I'm lost when it comes to the server side.
