Title: Has Miranda IM finally caught up with the times? New features needed?

"Hey guys, I was just thinking about Miranda IM and I realized it's been around since 2003. I know some of us old-school users still use it, but I'm wondering if it's time for some modern features like video conferencing, screen sharing, and support for newer protocols like WebRTC. Has anyone else been using it and thinking the same thing?"

I've tried to give Miranda IM a shot, but to be honest, it's been sitting stagnant for years. I miss the simplicity and functionality of the old version, but I think the community would love to see it integrated with some modern chat platforms like Discord and Telegram. Maybe a revamp of its UI would bring in some new users.

"Dude, I've been using Miranda for years and tbh, it's still one of the most lightweight IM platforms out there. I'm not convinced they need to overhaul the whole thing, but a mobile app would be a great addition. Anyone know if there's a decent mobile client available?"

"Lol, Miranda's been around for ages, and yeah, it's about time they updated it. I've been using it for IRC since 2006, and it's still working solid, but I agree, some new features like built-in file transfers or a more modern UI would be awesome."

Yeh, I've been using Miranda for years and it's still got its charm. However, I'd love to see some modern features like better video chat support and maybe even some crypto-based payment integrations. That would totally take it to the next level!

Just downloaded the latest Miranda IM build and I gotta say, it's still pretty basic compared to what I'm used to with Discord or Telegram. The custom plugins are where it's at for me, but I'm not sure if there's still a big enough user base to justify new feature development. Anyone else still rockin' Miranda IM?

Just started using Miranda again after years of absence, and I gotta say, the UI still looks pretty dated. That being said, I do love the modding community, you can basically turn it into any IM client you want. Still think it's worth keeping around for some niche features, tho.
