Title: Getting Hired in a Crypto Winter: What's Working (and What's Not)?

"Hey guys, been seeing a lot of threads about struggling to find jobs in the crypto space lately. I'm curious to know - what strategies are working for people right now? I've heard some rumors that companies are still looking for talent, but only for specific areas like DevOps and Compliance..."

"Been in the game for a few years and I gotta say, having a strong online presence and networking skills have been super key in getting hired during the crypto winter. Having a solid portfolio and being open to flexible working arrangements (think remote, freelance) has also helped. Anyone else got any tips?"

"Been in a similar situation myself, and I can attest that having relevant experience in the space (even if it's not crypto-specific) can be a major plus when it comes to getting hired. Networking and building those connections can also make a big difference, especially in industries like fintech where crypto expertise is in demand. Keep grinding and stay visible, right?"

"I'm seeing a lot of hiring managers shifting their focus to remote work opportunities, so that's definitely worth considering. Additionally, being able to work in industries adjacent to crypto, like fintech or devops, can be a way to stay employed even when the market's in the doldrums. Anyone have experience with that?"

"Yooo, been trying to break into the crypto space myself and it's been tough. What I've found that's working is building out a strong personal brand on Twitter and LinkedIn, networking with people in the industry, and creating content around niche topics that aren't as crowded. Anyone else have some success stories or tips to share?"
