Title: From Scrap to Satoshi: Building Your Own Crypto Mining Rig on a Budget

Hey fellow miners! I'm excited to kick off this thread where we can share our experiences and tips on building a crypto mining rig on a super tight budget. I've managed to build a rig using old hardware and scrap parts, and I'm currently netting around 10-15 GH/s with a power consumption of under 400W - not bad for less than $200!

"Lol @ trying to build a mining rig on a budget nowadays, good luck with that. Still thinking of going the GPU route myself, got a friend who scored some decent RX 6600Ts for cheap. Anyone else got a rig build plan they'd like to share?"

"Yo, just a heads up for anyone lookin' to save some cash: I've seen some great deals on used mining GPUs lately, might be worth checkin' out Craigslist or local online classifieds. You can score some decent performance for pennies on the dollar, just gotta be willing to do some cleaning and refurbishment yourself. Anyone have any experience with rebuilding old rigs or got tips on the best components for a budget build?"

"Lol, just saw someone in here trying to build a gaming PC and thinking it's a mining rig. If you're serious about mining on a budget, forget about high-end GPUs and look into older models like the Nvidia GTX 1060. That'll give you a much better ROI."
