Title: From HODLing Crypto to HODLing a Degree: Balancing FOMO and Professional Growth

Hey guys, I think we've all been there - pouring all our time and energy into crypto, just to get FOMO and miss out on life outside of our screens. For me, it got to a point where I realized I needed to balance my passion for crypto with my own career growth. How do you guys manage to strike that balance and pursue higher education while still being involved in the crypto space?

"Love the thread title! Honestly, I've learned that balancing crypto investments with personal growth is a mental game. It's about setting clear goals and not getting whiplashed by market fluctuations – you gotta prioritize your long-term goals outside of crypto, fam."

I'm guilty of being a crypto HODLer for years, but now that I'm in my mid-twenties, I'm starting to think about getting a degree in comp sci to upgrade my tech skills, especially with AI and blockchain on the rise. Anyone else out there trying to balance their crypto investments with higher ed?

"Preach, OP! I was all about HODLing crypto when I first started, but I realized investing in myself is the real MVP. Getting that degree in CS ended up paying way more dividends than any alt I've invested in"

"Love the analogy. It's crazy how easily FOMO can derail our goals, whether it's crypto or a degree. What are some strategies y'all use to stay focused on your long-term goals despite all the shiny objects out there?"

"Yea, I feel you. I used to be all about crypto, day trading and whatnot, but as I got older and started thinking about the future, I realized I needed something solid to fall back on. I've been taking online courses in web dev and it's been a total game-changer, helps me stay relevant and doesn't put me in a FOMO-induced coma"
