Free $FTM Tokens on airdrop - Legit or Scam?

I just got an email about a supposedly legit FTM airdrop, claiming to give out free tokens. The email is from a domain that looks pretty legit and they're asking me to follow them on Twitter and like a post to claim my tokens. Has anyone else received this email or know if it's a legit airdrop?
