I feel like crypto companies think they can just throw a bunch of ETH at their devs and expect them to put in 12hr days, 7 days a week. We need to start prioritizing mental health and work-life balance, especially for high-stress roles like dev teams. Have any of you guys seen any companies implement flexible remote work or regular wellness checks?
