Title: Decoded: Uncovering the Best DeFi Development Frameworks for 2023

Hey fellow devs, I'm curious to know what the best DeFi dev frameworks are for 2023. With Ethereum's Merge and other EVM compatible chains gaining traction, I've been experimenting with frameworks like Hardhat and Foundry, but I want to hear from others who have had success with different tools. What are your top picks for DeFi dev frameworks and why?

"Dude, I gotta give props to Hardhat for being one of the most solid DeFi dev frameworks out there. I've been using it for some of my latest projects and the flexibility and scalability it offers is insane. Definitely a top pick for 2023 and beyond"

"Just wanted to chime in on this thread, but I gotta say, I've been really into the Truffle Suite for DeFi dev lately. Their tools make it so much easier to build, test, and deploy smart contracts, and their community support is top-notch too."

"Hey guys, just wanted to throw my two cents in - I personally swear by Hardhat for my DeFi dapp builds. It's got a robust set of features and is super easy to learn, even for non-devs. Anyone else using it for their projects?"
