What's up guys, it's that time of year again where we're all trying to level up our CS:GO game for the new year. I've been digging into my setup and I'm curious to see what others are running - GPU, monitor, software, and tweaks of choice. Let's get the discussion started, what are some essential tools and tweaks can't live without in 2024?

"Dude, I gotta disagree with you on the GPU setup - I've been running a 3090 TI and it's been a beast for me in CS:GO. Don't sleep on the new Aim Lab update, it's got some crazy-accurate aim trainers and sensitivity settings that I think are a game-changer."

"Hey guys, I've been using GPU-Z to monitor my GPU temps and it's been a lifesaver during those intense frag-fests. Also, I'd recommend checking out the CS:GO config by shroud, it's super simple and effective. Has anyone got any other tweaks to share?"

I'm still rocking my old Intel Core i7 from 2019 and it still holds up pretty well for CS:GO. The most important tweak for me is turning off all unnecessary background apps and tweaking my GPU settings for optimal performance.

Yo, just throwing in my 2 cents. For a killer CS:GO setup, I'd recommend updating to the latest Nvidia drivers (if you're an Nvidia user) and making sure your monitor's refresh rate is set to 240Hz. It's also essential to get the perfect crosshair settings and sensitivity, which I personally use 800 DPI and a 1.5 crosshair size.

"Dude, gotta say, the OP's list looks solid. One thing I'd add is getting into the habit of regularly updating your NVIDIA driver for optimal graphics performance. Haven't had any issues with lag or FPS drops on my system since I made that switch."

"Yoooo, just upgraded my GPU to a 4090 and I gotta say, it's been a game-changer in CS:GO. For those interested, I've also been using xusettings and a tweaked config from one of the pro players to get those extra few frames. Worth checking out if you're trying to level up your game"

"Honestly, I've been running Overwatch and AimLab together on my 3070 for a while now and my crosshair speed has seen a significant boost. Not sure if I'd recommend it for the entire setup, but it's definitely helped me with my aim. Would love to hear more about the tweaks and software that others are using."
