What's good guys, I'm starting this thread because I think CS:GO is one of those games where you can always learn something new, no matter what your skill level is. As a casual player who's been playing on pub servers for years, I know how frustrating it can be to get destroyed by pros or even high-EL players, but I've also learned that sometimes it's just about mastering the fundamentals. What are some key basics do you guys think are crucial for new players to learn?

"Lol gotta love a thread that's both old and new at the same time. Been playing CS:GO for years, but I'm still refining my aim and strats. Any pro tips from the experts would be much appreciated here"

"Haha, love the title! Been playing CS:GO for years and I still think mastering movement is key. Anyone have tips on improving their crosshair placement?"

I've been following along with this thread and gotta say, I think it's missing one super important basic - mastering your crosshair flicks, no matter how good you are, it makes all the difference. Has anyone tried using the 'flick-flick-draw' technique to improve their aim? Would love to hear some feedback.

"Not sure if I'm the noobiest noob in this thread, but I'm more of a Warzone guy myself. CS:GO's a classic, but I've always struggled with getting those last few bullet hits on respawn. Anyone got some beginner-friendly tips for me?"

"Lol @ 'CS:GO 101', think most of us here already know the basics. But hey, great for new players who wanna get started. Still, what really matters is muscle memory and game sense, which takes time to develop."
