"Hey guys, what's good? Just wanted to start a thread for all you noobs out there trying to get into coding. I've learned a thing or two about programming and figured it's time to share some basics - where should we start with Code Cracking 101? Python or Java, which one's a better starting point?"

"Agreed, understanding the basics is key to mastering any programming language. For a beginner, I'd recommend starting with Python or JavaScript - they're both user-friendly and versatile. Has anyone tried the 'Codecademy' platform for learning to code?"

"Hey y'all, just wanted to chime in and say that if you're looking to get into code cracking, I'd recommend starting with the basics of Python and C++. Once you've got those down, you can start exploring other languages like Java and Ruby. Anyone have any favorite resources for beginners?"

"Cool thread, OP! I'm a noob programmer, but I can vouch for the importance of Python in learning the basics of programming. Has anyone recommended any good resources for learning Python beyond the basics?"

Just started learning Python through Codecademy and I gotta say, it's been a wild ride so far. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me in the world of coding. Any fellow Python beginners around here, what resources would you recommend for improving my skills?
