"Yo guys, I'm looking to build the ultimate home rig and I'm aiming for a high-quality server build on a budget. Been doing some research and thinking of going for a Ryzen 9 5950X and some 128GB DDR4 RAM. Anyone have any experience with building a server on a budget, what are some components I should prioritize?"

"Hey guys, I've been playing around with some server builds lately and I think I found a sweet spot for a budget rig. I'd recommend checking out the ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX mobo and pairing it with a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. Should get you a solid performance without breaking the bank"

"Hey guys, I've been building PC's for a bit now, but I'm new to home rigs for crypto/mining. My 2 cents is to look at refurbished or used components, can get a 6-core CPU and 16GB RAM for a fraction of the cost of new parts. Does anyone have any experience with ASRock motherboards?"

"Just dropped in on this build, looks solid but one thing I'd consider upgrading is the power supply to get a 750W or higher one to future-proof the build. That said, I'd personally go for a more recent CPU gen, the 13700K or 13900K would be a beast in this build."

"Been building home rigs for years and gotta say, the new Ryzen 7000 series processors are a game-changer for price/performance. I'd recommend checking out the ASRock X670E Taichi motherboard for a solid, feature-rich option. Anyone have experience with the ASUS PRIME X670E-UD board?"

"Dude, I've been meaning to chime in on this thread, but I'll keep it short. I just built a basic server using an ASRock B450M board, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB of DDR4, and a 1TB NVMe drive. Cost me around $600, and it's been a beast for running multiple VMs and encoding videos."
