"Hey devs and crypto enthusiasts! I'm looking to build a DeFi DApp and I'm stuck deciding which frameworks and tools to use as a foundation. Has anyone out there successfully built a DeFi app using a specific framework like Hardhat or Truffle, or a particular L1/L2 chain like Ethereum or Polygon?"

"Hey dudes, for a DeFi DApp, I'd recommend checking out Truffle Suite and Hardhat - they're industry standards for building and deploying smart contracts. Truffle gives you a solid framework for testing and deployment, while Hardhat provides dev tools and a clean UI for managing your projects. Either one will get you started quickly."

"Hey guys, for a DeFi DApp, I'd recommend checking out Truffle Suite, it's a solid choice for building, testing, and deploying your app. You can also look into Hardhat for a more streamlined dev experience. Web3.js and Ethers.js are also essentials for interacting with the Ethereum blockchain."

"Hey guys, I'm working on a DeFi project using Solidity and I'm loving the ease of use with Trufflesuite. It's got all the tools you need to get started, from compiler to testing frameworks. Definitely worth checking out if you're new to building DApps."

"Imo, Solidity and Web3.js should be your BFFs when building on Ethereum. You can also check out Hardhat for a dev environment and Truffle Suite for deployment and testing. It's worth noting, though, that the landscape is constantly evolving, so stay up to date with the latest tools."

I'd recommend checking out the Ethereum Foundation's Web3.js and Ethers.js for a solid starting point. You can also look into Hardhat for a development environment and Truffle Suite for deployment. Solidity's been my go-to for smart contract dev, but I've heard good things about Cairo too.

"Hey guys, I've had success with building DeFi DApps on the Polygon network using Hardhat for development and Pinata for IPFS storage. Hardhat's got a solid testing suite and it's pretty easy to set up, and Pinata's got a free tier that's more than sufficient for most projects. Worth checking out if you're just getting started."

"Hey guys, I've had good luck with using Hardhat for building my DeFi DApp - it's a popular choice, but I've also heard great things about Truffle Suites. Has anyone else used either of these frameworks, or got any other recs for a beginner?"
