Title: Building a Blockchain-Based MMORPG: What Kind of Tech Should We Use?

Hey guys, I'm super stoked to start this thread. I've been itching to create a blockchain-based MMORPG, but I'm not sure where to start. Should we go with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or maybe something newer like Solana or Polkadot for the main blockchain infrastructure?

"Yooo, I'm all about experimenting with Polkadot's Substrate framework for our MMORPG's blockchain backbone. It's scalable, flexible, and has some awesome dev tools to streamline the process. Anyone else thinking of leveraging parachains for better performance?"

"Hey guys, I think we should consider using a modular architecture like Fabric or Corda for the blockchain component. It'll allow us to easily scale and modify the blockchain as needed without bogging down the entire game. Any thoughts on using Ethereum-based solutions like Polygon or Binance Smart Chain?"

"Hey guys, I think we should consider using a hybrid approach that combines the scalability of Polkadot with the security of Solana. This would allow us to have interoperability between our blockchain and external systems, while keeping our user data protected. Has anyone looked into this combo?"

I think we should consider using a combination of blockchain and traditional database tech, like MongoDB or Cassandra, to handle player data and game state. This way, we can still have a seamless gaming experience while maintaining the security and transparency of blockchain. Anyone have experience with Polkadot or Solana's blockchain scaling solutions?
