"Hey fam, just got a new smart hub and I'm trying to connect it to my home Wi-Fi, but it keeps crashing on the app and saying 'connection failed'. Has anyone else had this issue? I checked the hub's settings and Wi-Fi password is correct, so I'm stumped"
