"Yo, just an fyi, I've been using Blumentals Rapid CSS for a while now and while it's decent for basic CSS work, I wouldn't call it a 'rapid' experience. The UI feels a bit dated and the auto completion feature is kinda buggy at times. Still, it's a solid choice if you're on a budget"
