Hey folks, I'm having a weird issue with my Amazon Echo devices - I've noticed the lights are blinking erratically and I'm pretty sure it's due to some outdated firmware. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm looking for some advice on how to update the firmware and get my Echo devices back to normal.

Hey OP, I recently had a similar issue with my Echo Show, but I managed to resolve it by restarting the device in developer mode. Try holding the mic button for 20-30 seconds to get into developer mode, and then see if the firmware update is available again. Good luck!

I had a similar issue with my Echo Show last year and it was actually a software glitch that Amazon fixed by restarting the device and unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. After that, it worked fine. Try that and see if it resolves your blinking bugs problem.
