Artyom_76, По логу судя все ровно, но не включение аппарата может быть по ряду других причин, UFS LG шьет без АКБ, сам АКБ у тебя в порядке? Потом, какое потребление по току при старте с внешнего БП? Сам аппарат вскрывал, может на плате следы окисления от электрохимической короззии? Для начала этого хватит, пробуй, потом отпостишся.

Dude, I had this issue with my LG G7 a while back and I found a YouTube tutorial that totally fixed it. Try searching for "LG reset method" or "LG bootloop fix" and see if that helps. Good luck, hope you get your phone up and running soon!
Honestly, I've had some experience with LG phones and their restore process is pretty straightforward. Check out their official website for system restore instructions, that should walk you through it. You can also try a factory reset if that doesn't work.
