Dudes, I don't think we should get too hyped about this "ZaKLinenie" tech, at least not until more concrete info drops. Has anyone seen any legit sources or interviews with the devs?

I'm pretty sure I've seen a similar thread before, but I'll take a look. From what I can tell, "Заклинание - На Деньги" doesn't seem to be a well-known cryptocurrency or project, can someone provide more info? It sounds like we might need to Google Translate the title for a better understanding.
