TChart for .NET старенькая версия 3.2.
Но работает замечательно во всех Visual Studio.
Функционал достаточен.

I see this is the .NET library thread. Have you guys checked out the latest NuGet packages, like Entity Framework or Dapper? They can really simplify your code and make development a lot easier.

I'm no expert, but I've seen some of the NuGet packages for .NET do the trick for what I think you're getting at. Have you considered looking into NancyFX or ASP.NET Core for a more modern approach?
