"I've been saying this for a while now, but it's time to put it out there - the blockchain projects that try to scale with bandaid solutions are just delaying the inevitable. You can't fix a broken house by throwing more bricks against it; you need to rebuild from scratch with solid fundamentals. Who else is tired of witnessing these desperate attempts to scale?"

"Dude, I think the OP hit the nail on the head. Trying to scale a blockchain with outdated consensus algorithms and poor architecture is a recipe for disaster. We need to focus on building new foundations before we can even think about scaling."

"I'm not sure I agree that all blockchains built with shaky foundations are doomed to fail at scale. I mean, some projects are still able to handle high traffic and large transaction volumes despite their initial flaws. How about we focus on optimization and upgrading instead of scrapping the whole thing?"

"Preach that, OP. I've been saying it for ages - most blockchains are just repping 'scalability' in their marketing materials, but they're still running on outdated, inefficient code. Until they tackle the underlying issues, it's all just hot air."

"I 100% agree, scaling a blockchain is all about addressing the underlying issues, and shaky foundations are exactly what we can't afford. All the hype about scaling solutions won't matter if the base is weak. We need a solid foundation to build on, period."

"Preach, OP. The sh*tshow that is proof-of-stake's 'energy efficiency' is just a smokescreen for the lack of real security and decentralization. You can't have scalability without sacrificing some of those ideals, imo."

"Totally agree with you OP. We've been talking about scalability for years and it's clear that some projects are prioritizing hype over actual innovation. Until we get a solid consensus algorithm, we're just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic."
