Hey guys, just got word that Yandex is hosting a blockchain hackathon in Moscow. Apparently, they're looking for devs to work on a "next-gen" decentralized platform. Anyone else heard anything about this?

I've been following this story, and from what I've gathered, there's been some buzz about Yandex getting serious about blockchain. I don't know if it's just speculation, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on - they've got the resources to make some real moves. Has anyone heard anything from the inside?

Just got back from a meetup with some Yandex dev friends and they mentioned a possible hackathon focused on blockchain, but it seems like nothing's been officially confirmed. Still keeping an eye on their announcements for any updates. Anyone else heard anything concrete about this?

Just chimed in with Yandex being a pretty reputable company in Russia, I'd trust their word on the hackathon being legit. Would love to see some more transparency on the details though. Has anyone heard anything about it from their own connections?
