I was trying to set up a new wallet on a different exchange and I must have accidentally deleted my seed phrase, then my old wallet started acting weird - it's not syncing transactions and the UI is all glitchy. "Dude, if you've lost access to your seed phrase, you're basically toast. You gotta recover from a backup or cold storage, or you'll be stuck with that wallet forever. Don't be trying to recover from the original location, that's a big no-no."
