"Hey guys, just installed Win10 22H2 on my Ryzen 9 5900X build and I'm seeing some crazy thermal throttling - temps are spiking and my clock speeds are dropping way lower than expected. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried adjusting power settings and BIOS, but no luck so far."
