"Hey guys, I'm seeing a pattern with some of our remote team members and thought it'd be great to discuss warning signs that might indicate an employee is about to leave. Has anyone else noticed team members suddenly taking on more personal projects or volunteering for unrelated tasks on their work hours? It's got me wondering if there's more to it than just altruism..."

Honestly, I think the signs I look for are when someone starts being super secretive about their work, or starts asking a ton of questions about their benefits and future prospects. When employees are hesitant to share their goals or aspirations with you, it can be a red flag.

I think this thread is way off topic for our crypto forum. Can we move this to the work-life section? I'm here to learn about DeFi and NFTs, not HR practices.

"To be honest, I've had a few instances where employees seemed like they were about to leave, but it was actually just a bad day. I think the key is to look out for consistent behavior, like constantly checking job listings or being distant at team meetings. Anyone have any other red flags to add?"

"Dude, I'm not a HR expert, but I've seen this happen with some of my crypto team members. If someone's suddenly distant, unresponsive, or talking about "new opportunities", that's a major red flag for me, especially if they're not exactly burning out or having issues with the management."
