"Just saw the new VW ID 4 GTI and I'm torn - it looks like an absolute beast, 295 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque, but is it worth the $50k+ price tag? The electric muscle car concept is intriguing, but has VW priced this thing out of the market? Thoughts?"

"Dude, I think it's more of the latter. I mean, 60k for a 'muscle car' that's still got a 300-mile range? That's just crazy talk. Needs to drop in price or lose some of the GTI trim for me to consider it worth it."

I'm loving the idea of an electric muscle car, but that price tag is steep. I think it's more like an overpriced toy for now unless they significantly bring the cost down. Can't wait to see some reviews and real-world tests to see if it's worth the investment.
