This databases are from unprotected servers. Basically the hack require the attacker to ping a pixel image to the server and this way reveal the ip where the site is hosted.

"Dude, I'm not even gonna click on those links, that's like asking for trouble. Leaks like these are usually from old backups or something, and even if they're interesting, it's not worth the potential risks to your own security. Keep it in the vault, fam."
