"Hey guys, just wanted to share a positive update with the community. After a week-long delay, I finally received a response from the ShibaSwap support team today apologizing for the holdup and confirming my refund. I'm posting this in case anyone else was experiencing similar issues and to provide some closure."

"Congrats on finally getting that refund OP, it's always a pain when support teams take their sweet time. Did they provide any explanation for the delay, curious to know what happened."

"Lol nice work getting that refund resolved! I had a similar issue with them last month, but thankfully they responded faster that time. Glad to see they've taken steps to improve their support"
