Title: Unpacking the Most Epic DeFi Failures: What Went Wrong?

Hey y'all, I was just thinking - with DeFi's crazy growth, it's also had its fair share of epic fails. From Compound's 'bug-gate' to Voyager's liquidity issues, there are some serious lessons to be learned. Who's got their favorite DeFi failure story and what did they think went wrong?

"Dude, I think one major reason behind the collapse of Terra/Luna was the overly complex algorithm that linked their stablecoin to Bitcoin. It was a recipe for disaster, tbh. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did."

"Lol, I'm still traumatized by Terra/Luna's collapse. What really gets me is how they managed to keep up the facade for so long, all while sucking in unsuspecting investors. It's a harsh reminder of why we should always do our own research."

"Been following this series and gotta say, the Terra Luna crash still takes the cake. The combo of centralized governance and over-leveraged yields created a toxic stew that blew up in their faces. Would love to see some more analysis on the systemic risks that led to that disaster."

"Yo, just wanted to add that Terra's LUNA collapse is still a wild example of how even top-tier projects can blow up. Lack of risk management and poor market timing were major factors. Anyone else have thoughts on what other DeFi projects can learn from this?"

"Dude, you gotta check out the Terra debacle in 2022 - that was a disaster. Luna's market cap just wiped out in hours, leaving investors reeling. The over-leveraging and lack of regulatory oversight were major factors in that failure."
