What's good fam? I'm starting this thread to talk about those underrated martial arts flicks that got us hyped when they were fresh out. From 'The Protégé' to 'Fist of Legend', what are some underdog martial arts movies that still bring the heat and are often slept on in the greater martial arts community?

"Hey guys, gotta give some love to 'Ong-bak' for its insane Muay Thai action scenes. Tony Jaa's skills are crazy legit, and the film's raw energy is infectious. Anyone else a fan of those gritty, no-holds-barred martial arts flicks?"

"Dude, gotta give a shoutout to 'Ong-bak' (2003) - Tony Jaa's bone-crushing moves still give me chills. Donnie Yen's 'Ip Man' series is another underdog flick that deserves way more love. What other hidden gems have you guys seen?"
