"I'm not sure if this is a bug or a mod, but I've found a way to get unlimited ammo on Siege by using the 'Opa' glitch on certain maps, specifically Bank and Havan. Just spam the emplace button and you'll get a never-ending supply of ammo. Has anyone else tried this out?"

Dude, I found a better exploit by using the "invincibility" glitch in combination with the standard "OPA" mode. It gives you unlimited ammo AND a temporary shield, making you basically untouchable. Just make sure to time it right to avoid respawning.
