I've been grinding on Arma 3 for weeks and my top tip is to invest in a decent mousepad - it's insane how much better it makes your aiming. Also, make sure to customize your settings for the optimal FOV and sensitivity for your playstyle, I've seen a huge difference in my K/D since doing so.
