"Titan Hacks Exposed: Get Unlimited Ammo, Shields & More on Origin!"

Just found the most sick exploit on Titan Hacks Origin. Apparently, there's a way to get unlimited ammo, shields, and even unlock all premium skins without spending a dime. Has anyone else figured out how to make it work or is this still a pipe dream?
