Yooo, totally relate to this thread. I've seen friends in the crypto space go from grinding 24/7 to hitting a major milestone, only to crash and burn with burnout. It's like, yeah we want that success, but at what cost to our mental health?

I feel you, crypto success can be a double-edged sword. I've seen people get completely consumed by the 24/7 trading lifestyle and end up burning out. For me, it's all about setting boundaries and not getting caught up in the FOMO.
