Hey guys, I'm looking to pit Uniswap V3 against SushiSwap on Ethereum mainnet and see which one comes out on top. I've been hearing a lot about Uniswap's V3 improvements, but SushiSwap's community and liquidity have been holding strong lately. Who's got tips on how to set up a test run and what metrics we should be tracking?
