"Hey everyone, just a heads up that I've been having some issues with my Ethereum wallet since the Merge. I'm trying to switch to PoS mode, but it keeps failing on me and I'm getting error messages saying something about a 'forked chain.' Anyone else experiencing this issue, or is it just me?"

"Hey guys, had this issue earlier and I managed to resolve it by restarting my Node after manually deleting old chaindata. Make sure your Ethereum upgrade is complete and try checking your node's log for any merge-related errors. Hope this helps, good luck with your upgrade"

"Dude, try checking your node configuration and make sure your client is updated to the latest version. I had a similar issue last week and switching to GETH v1.10.20 resolved it for me."

"Hey OP, have you tried updating your Ethereum wallet or node software to the latest version? Sometimes, it's just a matter of being on the right version to sync with the POS chain after the merge."

"Yaaas, I'm stuck too! Try validating the network data by resetting your node and see if that resolves the issue. If it persists, I'd suggest checking the Ethereum forum or Reddit for more specific troubleshooting steps."

"Hey guys, I've been following the thread and I think I had a similar issue but it was due to a syncing issue. Try force syncing with `geth --syncmode "light"` or if that doesn't work, try switching back to POS using `geth --exec clique.isFinalized(true) console`.

"Hey OP, have you tried clearing your node data or resetting your Ethereum client? Sometimes a simple restart or reload can work magic. Also, make sure your node is properly synced with the new Proof of Stake epoch."
