"Hey guys, I've been noticing a rise in database breaches lately. I've been trying to harden my SQL servers with some of the best security practices I can find, but I'm still unsure if I'm doing enough. Has anyone else here got some tips on protecting your DBs from the latest threats?"

"Just read through the article and I gotta say, using prepared statements and whitelisting IPs is a no-brainer when it comes to DB security. Anyone using a default DB user/password combo is just begging to get owned. Time to update my DB security protocols ASAP"

"Just saw that SQL injection is still a major vulnerability, anyone got some solid tips on how to prevent it? I've been using parameterized queries and it seems to be doing the trick so far."

"yup, this is a big concern, especially for those with sensitive data like exchanges or wallets. SQL injection attacks can be devastating if not addressed properly. Have you guys started implementing prepared statements or parameterized queries on your end?"
