Lol, Skype's been through ups and downs over the years, but I gotta say it's still one of the most reliable video conferencing tools out there. I've been using it with my remote team for years and it's worked pretty seamlessly most of the time. Can you tell us more about what's not working for you?

"Dude, I've been using Skype for work calls for months and haven't had any issues. I've had some minor lag on super weak WiFi connections, but that's about it. If you're on a decent network, you're good to go."
