Покупаешь Сом или USB кабель (на Савеловском USB-300 руб., Сом-100 руб) подключаешь к компьютеру, ставишь драйвер, программу Siemens Mobile Control v2.1.5 [SSG] или ту что на диске, который прилагается к USB Data-кабелю. Это в-общем-то все.
