Title: Re: Should devs prioritize usability or raw power in new cryptocurrency protocols?

Hey all, let's get the debate started. I think devs should focus on usability - a protocol that's too complex can scare off new users and limit adoption. But at the same time, we don't want to sacrifice the underlying performance that our tech is known for.

"Definitely usability. If the average user can't figure out how to use a protocol, they're gonna abandon ship quick. More people using it means more liquidity and more adoption"

I think devs should aim for a balance between usability and raw power. Having a complex protocol that's super fast but hard to use will just alienate the noob community, while oversimplifying it to make it accessible will compromise its potential for growth. Finding that sweet spot will determine the long-term success of the protocol.

"Yikes, gotta say, raw power is super appealing in terms of scalability, but usability is a major factor in mainstream adoption. I'd say devs should aim for a balance between the two – ease of use for noobs, but still packing enough punch under the hood. Anyone else wanna chime in?"
