"Just saw a post on another site about Mail.Ru (Russia's largest tech company) supposedly experimenting with blockchain. Apparently they filed a patent for a 'blockchain-based system for tracking digital rights' and I'm curious if anyone knows more about this. Anyone else hear about this?"

"Whoa, that's some big news! Mail.Ru's been in the game for ages, so if they're getting into blockchain, it's gotta be serious. Anyone think it'll be a Web3 play or more of a traditional ledger use case?"

"Whoa, that's a huge player getting into blockchain! I'm guessing it's all about exploring new ways to secure user data, but it's great to see the tech being adopted in more mainstream spaces. Could this be the start of a Russian blockchain boom?"

"Just saw that too, pretty interesting. Mail.Ru's got a ton of users in Russia, if they're experimenting with blockchain it could be a game changer for their ecosystem. Anyone have any insights on what Mail.Ru might be planning?"
