"Hey guys, I wanted to share a thought - what if we applied the principles of cryptocurrency to our morning fitness routines? Imagine waking up with a 'block reward' of motivation, and a 'difficulty adjustment' algorithm to keep things interesting. I've started incorporating 'hodling' sessions (holding still for longer periods) and 'forking' new exercises to spice up my routine"

I'm hyped about this idea. I've been using a fitness tracker that rewards me with airdrops of free crypto for reaching daily step goals. It's given me an extra push to get moving every morning.
