I'm not super into cyberpunk, but I've always loved the vibe of a dark, neon-lit cityscape. I'd suggest going with a theme that incorporates a lot of deep blues and purples, with neon accents in shades of pink, green, and blue. It's a tried-and-true aesthetic that I think a lot of people would dig.
